QUALITY COMMISSION DUTIES
a) In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the college, education and research internal and external activities related to the evaluation and quality improvement of administrative services.to establish the quality assurance system, to determine the institutional indicators and in line with the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board. To carry out and submit these studies to the approval of the School Board of Directors,
b) To make the necessary preparations in the external evaluation process, to cooperate with the Higher Education Quality Board. To provide all kinds of support to external evaluator institutions.
c) Carrying out internal evaluation studies and institutional evaluation and quality improvement to prepare the annual institutional evaluation report containing the results of their work, and to submit to the School Board of Directors, the approved annual institutional evaluation report, take place on the web page of the School so that it is announced to the public. This report presents educational and research activities and the administrative support that supports them. Strategic plan, including all services, and annual performance program and it is prepared as an internal evaluation report integrated with the annual report.
d) Strategic goals and targets from all department managers of the college at least once a year requests a realization report for the performance criteria.
d) Conducts management review activities within the scope of quality management. Review activities carried out within the scope of the quality management system in the previous academic year are evaluated and improvement needs are determined for the next academic year. At the meeting up-to-date status of mission, vision, values and quality policy, strategic performance Strategic plan realization reports, internal/external audit
and results of assessments, preventive and corrective actions, legislative changes and the effects of these changes on the quality management system are evaluated. Quality commission holds at least one management review meeting per year.
e) The need for revision in the strategic plan as a result of the review activities of the Quality Commission in case of detection, the determination will be sent to the Strategic Plan Preparation Board in the form of a report.
